Park Center Senior High School’s Lillian Chan recently placed in the top 20 in the BestPrep 2026 Student Spotlight Competition, which is sponsored by Thomson Reuters.

Park Center Senior High (PCSH)’s Golden Pirates robotics teams wrapped up their fall season with a strong showing at the FIRST Tech Challenge State Tournament, competing against 56 of the top teams in Minnesota.
 

Several winter sports have wrapped up their 2025-26 seasons, with multiple district athletes competing in state tournament play during the month of February in dance, nordic ski, gymnastics, boys swim and dive, wrestling and adapted floor hockey.

Congratulations on the hard work and creativity of the district students who submitted their work to the Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards. Works are submitted from high schools throughout Minnesota each year. The art is submitted in 16 different categories: ceramics, drawing, photography, painting, sculpture, portfolio, fashion, printmaking, design, film, mixed media, jewelry, digital art, expanded projects, comic art, editorial cartoon and architecture.

In early February, student-athletes from Maple Grove and Park Center senior high schools participated in letter signing celebrations to acknowledge the work put in as a student-athlete and to mark the next chapter in their educational and athletic journeys, committing to attending Division 1 or Division 2 colleges and universities to play their sport. Osseo Senior High School student-athletes sign their letters of intent at one celebration each May. 

The Triple A Awards (Academics, Arts and Athletics) is sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League and recognizes outstanding students who perform at a high level academically while also participating in athletics and the arts. 

Last winter, Park Center Senior High School formed a new sideline cheer team for students interested in a cheer program geared toward cheering at Park Center athletic events rather than cheer competitions, and the program has seen huge success in its first full year.
